CLASSIFICATION OF MEMBERS

1. The National Membership of the Association shall comprise of Eight categories of members, and Overseas Membership of the Association shall comprise of Six categories of members, namely:

i.      NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP CLASS.

Note: 7,500/- Admission fee apply on Associate & Corporate Class membership.

(a) Associate Class 6500/-                         (b) Corporate Class 25,000/-

(c) Patron Class 350,000/-                        (d) Honorary Class

(e) Associate Executive Class                   (f) Corporate Executive Class

(g) Patron Executive Class                       (h) Honorary Executive Class

a)      Associate Class: - The Person engaged in any business and is not registered in Security Exchange Department, Joint Stock Companies and other relevant departments are eligible for Associate Class membership of the Association.

b)     Corporate Class: - The Person engaged in any business and is registered with Security Exchange Department, Joint Stock Companies and other relevant departments are eligible for Corporate Class membership of the Association.

c)      Patron Class: - The Person engaged in any business and Ex-Managing Committee Members or Ex-Chairman, Vice Chairman and other Senior Member of the Association / Chamber having good moral character and are willing to serve the business community are eligible for Patron Class membership of the Association.

d)     Honorary Class: - The Person engaged in any business or student of Higher Education is eligible for Honorary Class membership of the Association. They do not have voting right in General Election of PEBA, nor they have any right to interfere in the administrative matter of PEBA. They shall not be required to sign any application form or to pay any subscription or admission fee.

e)      Associate Executive Class: - The Person engaged in any business and is not registered in Security Exchange Department, Joint Stock Companies and other relevant department who has completed their 1^st year Associate Class membership without violating the rules, regulation and bylaws of the association are eligible for Associate Executive Class membership of the Association.

f)       Corporate Executive Class: - The Person engaged in any business and is registered with Security Exchange Department, Joint Stock Companies and other relevant department who has completed their 1^st year Corporate Class membership without violating the rules, regulation and bylaws of the association are eligible for Corporate Executive Class membership of the Association.

g)      Patron Executive Class: - The Person engaged in any business and are Ex-Managing Committee Members, Ex-Chairman, Vice Chairman and other Senior Member of the Association / Chamber having good moral character and are willing to serve the business community who have completed their 1^st year Patron Class membership without violating the rules, regulation and bylaws of the association are eligible for Patron Executive Class membership of the Association.

h)     Honorary Executive Class:- Persons distinguished for public services or eminent in commerce and industry and Ex-Chairman / President of any trade bodies i.e. Association / Chamber or retired army and other Senior  retired Government officers who are willing to Serve the nation can be eligible for Honorary Executive Class membership of the Association. They do not have voting right in General Election of PEBA, nor they have any right to interfere in the administrative matter of PEBA. They shall not be required to sign any application form or to pay any subscription or admission fee.

ii.      OVERSEAS MEMBERSHIP CLASS.

Note: 75$ Admission fee apply on Associate & Corporate Class

a)      Overseas Associate Class: - The Person engaged in Pakistani national business in small scale in any foreign country but not registered with any of the relevant Government department are eligible for Overseas Associate Class membership of the Association.

b)     Overseas Corporate Class: - The Person engaged in Pakistani national business in any foreign country and registered with the relevant Government department, trade bodies and all private limited firms are eligible for Overseas Corporate Class membership of the Association.

c)      Overseas Patron Class: - The Person engaged in Pakistani national business in any Ex-Managing Committee members of PEBA. who have good moral character and are still willing to contribute their share in the progress of the nation and the business community as well, are eligible for Overseas Patron Class membership of the Association.

d)     Overseas Associate Executive Class: - The Person engaged in Pakistani national business in small scale in any foreign country but not registered with any of the relevant Government department who has completed their 1^st year Overseas Associate Class membership without violating the rules, regulation and bylaws of the association are eligible for Overseas Associate Executive Class membership of the Association.

e)      Overseas Corporate Executive Class: - The Person engaged in Pakistani national business in any foreign country and registered with the relevant Government department, trade bodies and all private limited firms who have completed their 1^st year Overseas Corporate Class membership without violating the rules, regulation and bylaws of the association are eligible for Overseas Corporate Executive Class membership of the Association.

f)       Overseas Patron Executive Class: - The Person engaged in Pakistani national business in any Ex-Managing Committee members of PEBA. who have good moral character and are still willing to contribute their share in the progress of the nation and the business community who have completed their 1^st year  Overseas Patron Class membership without violating the rules, regulation and bylaws of the association are eligible for Overseas Patron Executive Class membership of the Association.
